By placing your order, you the purchaser agree with all the terms and conditions. The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Preferredticket.com reserves the right to make changes to this site or these terms and conditions at any time.

I. Click4Tickets.com and Preferred Tickets, Inc. is not associated with Ticketmaster, any theatre, venue, box office, artist, team or other ticketing company. Tickets purchased through Preferredticket.com are generally sold above the face value that is printed on the ticket. The premium charged for the tickets is based upon several factors including cost of obtaining tickets, supply / demand in the market place, face value and quality of the seats.

II. Payment Terms- Preferredticket.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Preferred Tickets Inc. also accepts cashiers checks, money orders and cash only. No personal checks are accepted. All orders require pre-payment.
Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution that issued the credit card. Preferred Tickets, Inc. shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.

III. Orders Acceptance Policy- Your electronic receipt does not constitute an acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to the approval of Preferredticket.com and maybe declined at anytime for any reason. Our database is NOT real-time and because of this, your order may be placed and those tickets may not be available. In such cases, we will make every attempt to find comparable tickets at the same or similar price. If there are no comparable tickets, your order will be cancelled and Click4Tickets.com & PreferredTicket.com will not be held liable for any monetary loss to the customer. All customers will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hrs of an order being placed. Once confirmation is given and payment is received tickets will be sent out.

IV. Return Policy- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges. If an event is cancelled, a refund of 90% of the entire purchase will be given, provided that the customer returns the unused tickets within 15 days. If tickets are not returned within 15 days, NO refund will be given. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original tickets will be valid for the new date and it is the customer's responsibility to make new arrangements. Preferredticket.com will not be responsible for replacing lost, damaged or stolen tickets. DO NOT expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold or liquids. The tickets cannot be replaced and you will bear the full loss and liability incurred.

V. Typographical Errors- In the event a ticket is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, preferredticket.com shall reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order due to typographical error.

VI. Shipping Information- All tickets will be shipped, hand delivered to hotel or maybe picked up at our office. Tickets that are shipped will be done via Fed-Ex standard, priority over-night or 2-day. Fed-Ex has a 5:00pm EST cutoff time Monday-Friday, therefore all order placed after 5:00pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. Tickets for certain events, such as but not limited to, the Super Bowl, Final Four or Masters, as examples, will be delivered no later than 24 hours prior to an event unless otherwise clearly stated in the confirmed order. A signature will be required for all tickets delivered via Fed-Ex. We do not allow any reroutes on ticket deliveries. The courier must deliver it to the address on the package. Tickets are normally sent to the credit card billing address. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company, so you must use the exact address on your credit card bill. Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, we will require a faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice, along with a copy of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. This is to protect against fraud.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL PREFERREDTICKET.COM BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGE FOR ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE EVEN IF PREFERREDTICKET.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE OR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
PREFERREDTICKET.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IF IT IS UNABLE TO PERFORM ANY OF ITS OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DUE TO, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, THE FAILURE OF ANY MACHINE, SYSTEM OF AUTHORIZATION, DATA PROCESSING OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OR TRANSMISSION LINK OR ANY INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE, WAR, FLOOD, EXPLOSION, ACT OF GOD OR ANY OTHER EVENT BEYOND THE CONTROL OF PREFERREDTICKET.COM.

Access Log Information is collected via our internal Web Servers and used only by our agents and specific PreferredTicket.com employees. Online Credit Card Processing
All ticket purchases made via the Internet are done through a secure (128 bit SSL Connection) set of forms, starting with the confirmation page and ending with the receipt page. This ensures that the data entered is protected and encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted or viewed by anyone attempting to do so over the Internet. Additionally, multiple checks are performed on the credit card entered ensuring address verification (AVS) dollar amount, credit card holder's name, purchase date and check-in date, to name a few. Internet Reservations are also randomly reviewed to help protect against other levels of fraud.

All Required Transaction Information is collected via our internal Web Servers through Access Logs and used only by our agents, delivery services and specific PreferredTicket.com employees. We collect Required Transaction Information in order to process user purchases, transactions, completions and support of the current user activities. The information collected includes: physical contact information, online contact information, and demographic data and purchase information.

Telephone Credit Card Processing
All ticket orders and customer service calls are digitally recorded and archived for one (1) year from the call date. The recorded call is retrievable and admissible in court. An additional fee may be assessed for all phone ticket sale orders. Telephone sales are verified by having the customer repeat his/her name and the day's date as well as verbally to verify the details of the reservation they are about to make, including the charge information and cancellation policy. This ensures a quality ticket purchase and the complete understanding of the terms and conditions of the sale by the customer.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 evaluates PreferredTicket.com's compact policy whenever it is used with a cookie. The actions Internet Explorer will take depends on what privacy level the user has selected in their browser (Low, Medium, Medium High, or High), the default is Medium.
